Community

It's extremely important in any line of work to build community and show appreciation for a job well done.  One of the best ways to do so as a boss is to make sure that you provide opportunities for your staff to bond outside of work.  This is actually what happened during our last night in Uclés.  We were informed about a wonderful wine, cheese, and various other high end store called "La Tienda".  We paid 10 euros each and received a bountiful meal of wine, paté, ham, and cheese, to name a few.  Here are some clips.
